Problem Whit Copy Ctrader

Hello, i have a problem whit some copy trades. I m a provider strategy (MrScalp) and i closed today all my trades but 2 my costumers told me that 4 position are still open. Id position is PID56845566, PID56849891, PID 56868686 and PID 56873036. Now the trades are loosing money after i close that in profit. How can i solve this problem/bug? Thx

Is it possible to post some screenshots of the followers positions that have not been closed yet?
