Minimum Own Funds

Hi,

I think it'd be beneficial to have a minimum amount of own funds to be a strategy provider.

Noticing a lot of the copied strategies have started with very small amounts (£2-3) and end up with 1000% + ROI.

This is easy enough to achieve with multiple accounts - say 100 attempts with a £300 budget.

I think it'd be best to only allow accounts above a minimum amount have their trades count towards the % ROI. This then encourages traders who are focusing on one book who aren't just gambling small accounts.
