Following not allowed IC Markets

Hi,

I have reported this to IC markets but they said they are aware and there is no fix yet. When trying to follow a trader it errors "Following is not allowed".

Please advise?

Hi there,

Can you please provide us with more information? We need

1) Your trading account number

2) The name of the strategy you are trying to follow.

3) Some screenshots demonstrating the problem and the messages you receive.

Tried accounts 2035548 and 3779411. 

Strategy is called Relax.
