cTrader copy 400 Bad Request

Hi, I'm trying to enter into cTrader Copy website and when I press "Launch cTrader Copy"  the page don't load and give a message "400 Bad Request", why is that?

I tried this but I cannot reproduce such an issue. Can you send us a screenshot with the error message and the relevant url address?
