performace fees not making sense
10 Nov 2019, 23:03

hi all / ctrader staff.

i am providing 2 of my accounts as strategy providers to the public, for a performace fee of 10%.

they currently have over 10,000 USD of copy capital with over 20 copiers between them.

so far i have been getting extremely small performace fee's.. 3 x less than £1 and 1 x just over £1. which is odd, as my accounts are both over 200% ROI.  and even if i look back to the first trades that were copied.. the amounts i have received do not equal 10% of any of the profits i have made for people?

my accounts are called "wills high risk"    and    "wills higher risk"...  could you please explain whats happening? or is there a way to track what i am owed? because i have worked out that for the last week alone i am owed many £100's

many thanks,
Will.

Hi Will,

From what I can see you started providing your strategis less than one month ago. Performance fees are realized 30 days after the follower started following you. Read more here.

Hi panagiotis.  this is one of the many reasons the comisions are not making sense to me, going off that statement i should of had any payments at all.  yet i have now had 5 payments..  i had another 2 last night -  much larger ones too of £38 and £11.

this is all extremely confusing and i would really like a way to track what im owed,

many thanks,
Will.

Hi Will,

The commissions you are receiving are from followers that stop following your strategy. When a follower stops copying then fees are realized on the same day.
