Hi,

I have an account with TopFX linked to cTrader system account no. 1000869 I made a deposit on the 7th of October and started copy trading Broken Nose 2019, I have just checked the account after a few days away and I see his strategy has made several successful trades but my account has not copied any of them, can you please explain what has gone wrong here please.

Thanks for getting back to me, I'm not really understanding how its the broker I should be speaking to the whole operation is on ctrader I've asked your system to copy a strategy and it tells me my account is copying but its not, I would appreciate you having a closer looking into the issue for me please

Hi Andy,

Execution issues are always handled by the brokers. Checking execution issues requires access to your trading account information which is only available to your broker. We do not have permission to check through this channel. Therefore you need to contact your broker. If your broker needs assistance in investigation, they will contact our support department directly.
