does the ICTSMC Total Signal Suite really work or just hype?

Okay, so here's what I'm wrestling with today and I hope I'm not alone in this, because I found this new thing called ICTSMC Total Signal Suite on the cTrader marketplace, it's one of those indicators that promise the world, you know, with all these technical terms like "Outside Bar" and "Market Structure" and "Order Block" - and I mean, I'm familiar with the basic concepts because who isn't at this point? - but anyway, digging into this always gets me thinking about how they are pricing this stuff at $19, which is oddly specific, not too high, not too low, but it makes me wonder if there's anything legit in there or is it just one of those overly complicated tools that look fancy but don't actually do much, because, sure, it sounds great with those fancy-sounding tags like "Premium/Discount" and "CHOCH" - which, by the way, I had to google, isn't it something about change of character or something? - but there's not much info out there and no track record of ROI or drawdown, which, to be honest, either there's nothing solid to show or maybe it's buried in too much technical jargon and I just missed it but anyway, I wanted to see if anyone else here thinks this thing might just be smoke and mirrors or maybe there's actually a gold nugget hidden in it that I've overlooked?
