Cannot click on "Start Cbot Instance"

Hello,

I've recently bought a algo bot on the ctrader market, but when I try to run it, I cannot click on "Start Cbot Instance".

It takes minutes to start in cloud and when it's done the bot is still not working, even the backtesting is not working.

I've tried locally but same thing.

Any solution? I've tried uninstalling the ctrader and re-installing the bot but same thing again
