The active cloud instance just disappeared after the new update

The new version 5.2.5.38882 of the desktop platform is not working well.
The cloud instance that has the active eBot just disappeared after logging in.
The active cloud instance appears in the web version but disappeared in the desktop.
Can you fix this?
