Synchronisation Issue when installing cBot.

Hello,

I am writing this message to seek guidance on how to resolve synchronization problem in my cTrader platform. 

Two days ago, my bots (which my friend has shared with me) were working fine and perfectly. For some reason, I deleted the bots and tried to rum them again. But since then, I have been facing this synchronisation issue. I have tried older as well as latest versions of cTrader but the problem is there always. 

It is strange to see that bots were running perfectly, and now the same bots are facing synchronisation issues. I am attaching a screenshot as a reference.
