Bar quantity alarm indicator

Hey guys! Is it possible to create an indicator in CAlgo to count consecutive bullish or bearish bars above or below a certain moving average? (Range bars in pips) Every time there are certain positive or negative bars on or under a certain moving average, an alarm is triggered.
