The problem with cBots : the list of algorithms spontaneously turns gray.

Hello, as mentioned in the subject: I would like to draw attention to a problem that has been occurring since the last update: 5.0.38 on Friday, October 4, 2024.

For a year, I haven’t had any issues, but since the last update, the entire list of cBots spontaneously turns gray, making it impossible to launch cBots or additional instances. 
In the meantime, while the list of bots turns gray, the active algorithms continue to work. However, once they are turned off, they cannot be turned back on.
I also installed the latest required version of the compiler, but the problem persists.

Since I use my cBots locally and not in the cloud, the host is on my very powerful laptop that runs 24/7.
To resolve the issue, I need to restart the application, which is very troublesome and almost impossible for me.

Hi there,

This usually happens when your account is disconnected. When the buttons are disabled, check your connection.

Thank you for your earlier response. Indeed, you were right; it was enough to just "reload" the account and reconnect, and the problem was resolved. Unfortunately, your solution worked for only three weeks. The day after my week-long vacation, I returned to the platform, and the cBots and other indicators shut down spontaneously after about four minutes of launching the platform, which completely prevents trading. Unfortunately, reloading or disabling synchronization with the Cloud does not yield results. I see that the latest version is 5.0.40.

Is there any solution for this?

Similiar issue here, I have to restart CTrader every single backtest perfomed as PLAY button turns gray. It stucks on “Reconnecting” if synchronisation is enabled, but disabling it doesn't help.

For me, problems started on last weekend.
