Create frame in VS?

Hi, is it possible to create, for example, a frame in Visual Studio and then transfer it to cTrader? Could you show how to do it? Thank you very much in advance.

Can you please explain what do you mean when you say “frame”  and “transfer”? Can you share some code of what you are trying to do?
