Why is it that the email cannot be sent on the cTrader cBot cloud?

I hope to send the log via Gmail, but the log reports 'the operation has timed out'. When I tested with Visual Studio Code, I was able to send emails normally. I am using SMTP port 587. Why is it that the email cannot be sent on the cTrader cBot cloud?

Hi there,
Access to the internet is not allowed for cBots executed on the cloud.
