Sample SAR trailing Stop cbot _ bug

I have been trying out this cbot called Sample SAR Trailing Stop. I noticed that everytime I close and open the platoform again it places an order. I was wondering if there is a way to change that and modify few more things such as changing the lot size?

Please advise.
