Renko1
Renko1

Dear,
What is the relation between Renkos, Symbol.Bid and Symbol.PipSize. Is it always worth it to use Renko1?
What does Renko1 represent when for example US500 is priced at 4000, will the new bar only be available at 4001 or 3999?
Is it possible to define a new Renko at ever 0.5 points, for example 4000.5 or 3999.5?
Apologies for the beginner questions.
Kind regards,

Thanks,
I've made a simple test yesterday, the symbol.pipsize for us500 is 1, and I noticed the onbar with renkos was being updated at each unit, for example:
This provides very little resolution. Is it possible to make a Renko0.5?

Thanks Panagiotis,
Is it possible to change the pip size or pip value, either in programming or in account?

Hi there,
Renko bars represent a price movement in pips. A new renko bar is created when the price moves x pips in a certain direction. You can see the available Renko sizes below
