Connection problem

Connection problem

Hello
I have a problem with connecting the desktop app to the Ctrader servers.
When I Open Ctrader it refreshes repeatedly and after a few minutes, It'll be connected.
Also when I'm still using it or when I change the account, this problem starts again and keeps me waiting for several minutes for a connection.
There is no problem with Web Ctrader or MT4 or MT5, they work well.

I'm not using any proxy and working with RoboForex cTrader 4.1


I will be grateful for any help you can provide.
