very simple indicator appreciate a lot anyone who helps

hey guys, im struggling to build a pretty simple indicator/ algo, ive never coded before and have no experience with this stuff at all. I basically need a vertical line at midnight ( NY time, UTC-4). plus lines of the range. oh and also vertical line of the weekly open.

something like that would be great. thank you!
