Reverse and Double position buttons stopped working

Hi.
I've only been using ctrader a few weeks, both of the reverse and double position buttons have stopped working. The order gets sent to server, as shown in the journal, but then comes back as invalid request (not shown in the journal). They worked perfectly previously, so I thought maybe there was a cache folder or temp file that needed to be deleted. I deleted all I could find in users/.../appdata/...etc. That did not change anything, and I've now completed a re-install which also did not change anything. Note I performed an uninstall with a software that supposedly deletes all leftover information (Revo uninstaller) and then re-downloaded cTrader and did a fresh install. But my settings and chart drawings were still there. Where is the folder with this data, and is there something I can delete to do a completely fresh install?

Correction, the journal shows the order being sent, and also accepted by the server. But a popup alert tells me invalid request and the orders do not go through.
