How can I programmatically set a price alert?

When looking through the API, I could only find a reference to the ChartDisplaySettings interface and I'm not sure how it works or if I can even set a price alert using it.

Hi alphabet_asa,

Thanks for posting in our forum. You can use the Notifications to send an email or play a sound when the price reaches a level.
