Is cTrader making wrong dated bar?

Making daily bar (date = 3 apr)
On 4 april ???

shouldn't it be making 4 april??

It is the opening time and it is the 3rd of July.

but is is the bar being made on 4 july on 07:56 UTC?

Yes but the opening time at 21:00 on the day before.
