Platform shuts down when clicking on any instance

Hi,

I have used the same cbots with the same instance (DAX) for more than six months. It has worked flawlessly.

Problem: When I click on any instance (under any cBot) the platform shuts down.

I can start and run the bots but I cant open the instances in order to change the parameters/settings (backtrading/optimization)

I have re-installed platforms but the problem persist.

This problem happened after that I had the SpotwareBeta platform and the IcMarketCtrader platform opened at the same time.

So probably this faulty behaviour is due to this.

Do you have any idea on how to solve this?

Any chance we can get the cBot and exact steps to reproduce? If you do not want to share the cBot code, you can send it at support@ctrader.com.
