How can I make a stochastic oscillator alert?

How can I make a stochastic oscillator alert?

I would like to have an alert sent throught mail and sound alert if possible when level 20 and 80 are reached in stochastic oscillator by %D periods or %K periods. So if anyone knows of such thing, or how to make one I would love their help.
