Add options to martingale robot

Add options to martingale robot

Hello

If someone could make a few changes to the martingale robot it would be freaking awsome!

The martingale robot that can be downloaded here: /algos/cbots/show/3

What I want is the option to choose the price where the robot start trading with a buy or sell pending order. It is only possible to choose a random entry at the moment. A option to choose maximum trades the robot will take and customize the lotsize on every new order would also be great.
