how to set stoploss close to previous candle?

Can someone fix this?
I need this:
When a buy order is placed i need my stoploss ( a number of pips ) below the low price of the previous candle.
Else when a sell order is placed i need my stoploss ( a number of pips ) above the high price of the previous candle.
