Can you see anything on my chart?

My chart is candle only.

RE:

I gave up tick charts.

How long should it take for the tick chart to load up.

I use the 34Tick chart a lot and it takes 5+ minutes to load the chart.

It is really bad if there is a internet connection glitch and suddenly in the middle of trading i cant see my chart for 5 minutes.

Of course i jump right over to the minute chart, but still, how long should it take for this chart to load up??

I have 2 - 34T charts open

as well as normally about 4 other charts (1 min and 5 min)

Can someone let me know if this time to load the Tick chart is normal.

Thanks

You must show processes list.

Turn off unnecessary process or program and window services.

and check malware or anti-virus.

Check HDD bad sector.and do disk defrag.

but ctrader is nothing like as bad as meta.

In the high volatility,I had no problem.

Today,Non-farm was announced.

I had trading.

entry/exit no problem.(eurjpy,gbpjpy)

My ram memory was 2GB in ancient times.

I couldn`t ctrader desktop and mt4 or web surfing at the same time.

because cpu is alwasy over 50%.

So i added more 1GB RAM a few day ago.

Now no problem.

But chrome is terrible.

When i use chrome, cpu is always over 50%.

firefox is very low.

I threw away chrome.

I feel the urge to give google a mouthful.

When we have high volatility, like in the news, the CPU is saturated and trading is impossible. This is for the cTrader platform or my broker is a joker? (I'm using W7x64)

Windows 8 is not recommended to use with cTrader, because it has bug which affects rendering of charts.

Windows 8.1 is good enough to run cTrader.

Hi,

In case of ctrader DeskTop,

Bid line is red color and Ask line is blue color.

It is not possible to change the colors.

But ctrader web is possible.

RE:

Thank you for reply.

in case of ctrader Web,

You`d better optimize firefox than chrome.

CPU usage is very low in the firefox.
