But if I want to start the Trailing only from certain pips, how do I do it? For example, I want to move to Break Even when I win 20 pips and start a Trailing Stop when I win 40 pips.

Now I only can do it manually if I'm in front of the screen or fix it programming a cBot.

Regards.

Standar DOM

Hi,

What kind of orders can be seen in the Standard DOM? If I put several large orders of several million at the same price in my live account, why I can not see them?

I would appreciate any comments.

Best Regards

It works fine? Usually my testing with 2calgo result in very slow codes because they saturate the processor computer. Do you feel the same?

My broker just told me, that in June 30, they will stop the cTrader service and I must close all my positions before this day or they will do automatically. They want me to open a MT account. I know you don't talk about brokers in this site, but I need some help because I would like to continue working with cTrader and not lose a lot of study hours and programming . I need a broker licensed in Europe with euro accounts.

Regards

First, I wanted to thank the honest answer. Does anyone know a site to talk about it?

Second, say that I have no problem with my broker. Here's the ticks's graph:

And this is my account result. Please, notice the latest trades, after 20:56.

I think the HF Robot was confused and it believed that my Buy orders were Stop loss. Every time it tried to "hunt" them, I made money, so I'm very happy with my broker (please, understand my irony, I also know how to play). Most people had to wake up with their losses.

Regards

Could we include a section within the Forum to talk about cTrader bokers?
I think a good platform without a good broker is like a good car without wheels.

Look at this example:
- 22:00 UTC+0 (04/March/2014)
- Same platform, different brokers

BROKER A: Here we have several lashes with 180 pips. If you were inside, you're outside now.

BROKER B: Here we have a gap with 10 pips

We need a site where comment if this is bad practice that hurt us all. I will be grateful to receive any comments.

Regards.

Before opening the Sunday session, the problem disappeared. Finally, I closed the trade with a positive result.

Thanks for you reply.

I use the desktop version of cTrader.  I've the problem with a Zig-Zag indicator. If I disable it, the problem disappears. I will continue investigating into the code.

Thanks

I think I've detected the problem with a Zig-Zag indicator. I will copy the post in the forum Indicator Development Support.

Thanks

Has anyone experienced CPU saturation problems, when we have high volatility like in the news?

I don't know if this problem comes from cTrader or from my broker. When this happens, the trading is impossible.

Any comment?

Hi,

Can someone help me to interpret this standard DoM profiles from different brokers? Different Low / High, different Spreads, different Bid/Ask price at the same time, different entries and depht profile ...

Thanks

CPU Usage

When we have high volatility, like in the news, the CPU is saturated and trading is impossible. This is for the cTrader platform or my broker is a joker? (I'm using W7x64)

As you can see in the attachments graphs, the H4 trendline is different in M5. In H4 and H1 the price breaks the line, but not in M5. Why? I agree any comment, thanks.
