You can't do it by code unless you code the indicator yourself.It's stupid how they implemented it. It's via the Levels Attribute.

Please consider adding price labels to the chart editing tools; this would make reviewing past data much easier.
It is recommended to add a price tag feature to the chart editor, which would facilitate analysis during reviews.
